Purpose:
The equipment is used to determine the degree of protection of the product against fine dust intrusion; This machine is strictly manufactured in accordance with the protection level tests lP5/lP6 in lEC60529:2001 and La2 in lEC60068-2-68:1994. This test is a sealing inspection test, and the sample is exposed to a concentration of dust containing airflow containing non abrasive fine dust with a size less than 75um. The sample volume cannot exceed 25% of the internal volume of the test chamber, and the sample base should not exceed 50% of the working horizontal area of the test chamber.
